Ingredients

  • 2.5 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - small onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - garam-masala
  • 4 - chillies, red dry grind to paste
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin paste
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 stick - cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 - eggs, hard boiled

How to Make Indian Egg Vindaloo

  • Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped onions, then add the ground paste and cinnamon to it
  • Now add sugar, vinegar, garam masala and eggs to the curry
  • Cook until the gravy thickens and serve hot
