Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • 1 tsp - baking power
  • 1 cup - chopped vegetables (carrots, capisicum, beans, cauliflour, peas)
  • 1 - small onions chopped
  • 1 cup -grated cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for greasing

How to Make Indian Rava Pizza

  • In a bowl, mix rava, curd, salt and baking powder into a paste for 15 mins.
  • In the meantime, heat oil in a pan, fry onions, add raw vegetable & salt to taste
  • Fry till vegetables are done.
  • Take out & keep aside in a plate.
  • Take a tava, grease it with oil & put 2 to 3 tbsp spoon of the rava mix. |l Fatten it with a spatula.
  • Add some cooked vegetable & top it with cheese,press it.
  • Cover it with lid.
  • Turn it upside down carefully, add some oil, fry it till crispy.
