  • 500 g - Shark or Shark Fillets
  • 7 - Onion big
  • 5 to 6 - Garlic cloves to make a paste

How to Make Indian Sorra Puttu

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till transparent.
  • Then add garlic paste and fry well.
  • Then add green chilli paste or chilli powder and salt
  • Onions should be fried very well till cooked.
  • Wash and clean shark fish with turmeric and salt.
  • In a separate pan cook shark till soft.
  • when cool, drain away the water and smash the cooked shark well without lumps.
  • Put the smash shark in the onions and fry well, until golden brown.
  • Finally add the grated Coconut and fry well for 5 to 10 min
