Ingredients

  • Onion - 1 medium size (chopped)
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

How to Make Indian style Onion Chutney

  • Add onion, red chilli powder and salt in blender and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Then take pan, heat oil in it and add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter, add the paste and fry it until raw smell of onion goes or until oil separates.
  • Serve with idlis, dosas or chapattis.
