  • 1/2 packet (225g) - pasta
  • 2 cups - vegetables (onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato)
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsps - oil
  • Chilli powder, as per taste
  • 3/4 tsp - chole masala or pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Coriander leaves, to garnish

How to Make Indian style vegetable pasta

  • Cook pasta according to directions on the back of the packet.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped vegetables until they are almost cooked but slightly crunchy.
  • Add chilli powder, salt and chole masala.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
