Ingredients

  • 1 cup- rava
  • 1/2 cup- besan
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp- jeera
  • 1/2 tsp- red chilli powder
  • Turmeric- a pinch
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant Besan Rava Omelete

  • Chop onion, tomato, green chilli separately and mix in a bowl.
  • Add jeera,red chilli powder,turmeric,salt.
  • Add rava and besan and the desired quantity water to make a thick, smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan add little oil then make omelete.
  • Fry both side till brown and crispy.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
