  • 2 - bitter gourd
  • 4 - lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 10 - green chilli

How to Make Instant bitter gourd pickle

  • Cut the bitter gourd into thin long pieces.
  • Cut the green chillies into straight thin pieces.
  • In a pan, boil 1 cup water, add bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder and green chillies.
  • Cook till the water evaporates.
  • Let it cool.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Pickle is ready.
