Ingredients

  • 4 cups - grated carrot
  • 3 cups - chickpea flour
  • 1 cup - powdered peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • A handful - coriander leaves
  • A small piece - ginger
  • Green chillies - 6 green chillies)
  • A pinch - soda
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil - to deep fry

How to Make Instant carrot vada

  • Add all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and mix together to make thick dough using a little water and keep aside.
  • Pour oil in a deep skillet and heat.
  • When it is hot, take a little dough, shape into a small circle and drop carefully into the hot oil.
