  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 2 small
  • Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Instant Chicken Curry

  • Put all the ingredients together in a pressure cooker, except oil and curry leaves. Cook the ingredients on high pressure for 5 mins.
  • After opening the cooker, add oil and curry leaves.
  • Instant chicken curry is ready.
  • Serve hot.
