  • 1 cup - cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1 cup - thick curd
  • 1/4 cup - grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup - grated potatoes
  • 1/4 cup - frozen green peas
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt

How to Make Instant Cornmeal and Oats Dosai

  • Saute the frozen green peas in a non-stick pan, until they are half cooked
  • Mix the cornmeal, rolled oats, grated carrots, grated potatoes, half cooked green peas, cumin seeds, curd with enough salt and water to get a thick dosa batter. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of this dosa batter, drizzle oil and cook on both sides until they get well cooked
