  • 4 to 6 - white or brown eggs
  • 1 - onion, medium size
  • 1 - tomato, medium size
  • 1/2 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - turmeric power
  • 1/2 tbsp - dhania powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - garam masala
  • Chopped coriander for garnish
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant egg Recipe

  • Boil the eggs.
  • Peel and quarter them.
  • Remove the yolk from the eggs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and stir until the onion gets golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and then tomato.
  • Add all the dry masalas and fry for 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the egg pieces.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve with roti.
