Ingredients

  • 2 cups - green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp - ginger, grated
  • 5 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - amchur powder
  • 1 - tbsp - fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds for tempering

How to Make Instant Green Bell pepper Pickle

  • Dry roast the fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and grind to a fine powder, keep aside
  • Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds, add the grated ginger and minced garlic cloves, saute until they turn golden brown
  • Add the bell pepper chunks, saute for 5 mins
  • Add the red chilli powder, amchur powder and already prepared ground powder and salt
  • Saute until the vegetables get well coated
