  • 2 cups - idli batter
  • 1/2 cup - finely sliced coconut
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Instant Kuzhi Paniyaaram

  • Add all the ingredients except oil to the idli batter.
  • Heat the oil in the kuzhi paniyaaram plate.
  • Pour 1 tbsp of batter in each of it and fry till golden brown.
