  • 1/2 cup - condensed milk
  • 250 g - paneer
  • 2 to 3 drops - kewra essence
  • 4 to 5 drops - yellow food colour
  • 2 - cardamom pods
  • 1 - silver leaf

How to Make Instant Malai Ladoo

  • Mash paneer well, add condensed milk and cook on slow fire, stirring constantly.
  • Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
  • Add essence and food colour, and remove from fire.
  • Mix well and pour the malai on a plate.
  • Allow the malai to cool.
  • Make laddoos with the malai.
  • Sprinkle crushed cardamom and decorate with silver leaf.
