  • Curds desired quantity
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 to 2 - Red Chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - Methi
  • Hing (Asfoetida) a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp - Channa dhal
  • 1/2 tsp - Urad dhal
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Instant Mor Kuzhambu

  • Take a teaspoonful of oil in a kadai.
  • Add all the ingredients except curds and salt, once the dhals become slightly brown, add curds and salt.
  • Allow the mixture to boil for a second or so on a low flame.
  • Serve hot with rice and puris.
