  • 4 - medium sized potatoes
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 tbsp - oil

How to Make Instant Potato Fry

  • Pressure cook potatoes for 10 mins. Peel off the skin and cut each potato into 4 or 6 slices. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir well for 2 mins.
  • Add potatoes, salt to taste and fry well for 10 mins.
  • Serve hot. Goes well with chapattis.
