Ingredients

  • Saffron few flakes
  • 3 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 31 tsp - Black Pepper
  • 12 - Almonds
  • 12 - Cardamoms
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 glasses - Chilled Milk
  • 2 drops - Rose Essence

How to Make Instant Thandai

  • Mix items 1 to 5 and grind them in a grinder (coffee grinder) until it becomes powder.
  • Transfer the powder into the mixer.
  • Add sugar and 1/4 cup milk in the mixer.
  • Run the mixer until powder becomes paste.
  • Add the remaining milk, rose essence and run the mixer for 30 seconds.
  • Thandai is ready for use
