  • 1 cup - Maida flour or wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - Jaggery (powdered)
  • 1 - Cardamom

How to Make Jaggery Dosa

  • Powder the jaggery.
  • Add some water and dissolve it.
  • Filter it to remove impurities.
  • Add powdered cardamom, wheat and rice flour.
  • Pour more water if needed to dissolve it completely.
  • Prepare dosa with it.
