  • Jaggery- 100 gms
  • Ginger- 10 gms
  • Pepper powder- 2 tsp
  • 4 to 5 tsp- lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Jaggery Lemon Juice

  • Add jaggery to 4 cups of water and stir continuously to make it dissolve.
  • Crush ginger, add it to this water, add pepper, lemon juice and salt.
  • Filter to remove ginger pieces.
  • Chill and serve.
  • You can add pieces of fruits like watermelon, kharbooja to this drink.
