  • 4 - medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder/paprika

How to Make Jeera Aloo in Olive Oil

  • Steam potatoes in a steam bag for 6 mins in a microwave.
  • Remove the potatoes from steam bag, peel them, and cut them into small cubes.
  • In a pan heat olive oil, add the potatoes, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika and salt.
  • Cook for 4-5 mins till potatoes are soft.
