Ingredients

  • 500 g - chicken (preferably boneless and cut into small cubes)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 to 2 tsp - black vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 to 2 tsp - curry leaves
  • 1 to 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - garlic flakes
  • oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 or 1 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped

How to Make Jhatpat Kari Mirch Murg

  • For marinade:
  • Mix chicken, black pepper powder, vinegar and tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for about 30 mins.
  • In a wok, heat oil, add chopped garlic and green chilli, chopped capsicum and curry leaves and let them splutter
  • Add the marinade and cook until oil separates If required add water.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
