Ingredients

  • 1 kg - shrimps (shelled and de-veined)
  • 2 tbsp - whole red chillies
  • 2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Kashmir chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - malt vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - masala from aam ka achaar
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Jhinga Achaar

  • Mix oil and whole red chillies, cover and cook at high flame for 2 mins.
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste and cook uncovered at high flame for 3 mins.
  • Add the shrimps, mix and cook uncovered at HIGH for 7 mins, stirring once.
  • Add Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and vinegar, cover and cook at 70% for 7 mins.
  • Add the achaar masala, mix well, cool and serve.
