  • 1 kg mutton (cut, cleaned, washed thoroughly)
  • 10 to 12 red chilies
  • 10 green chilies
  • lots of pure ghee
  • salt to taste

How to Make Jungli Mutton

  • Cut the mutton into medium sized pieces
  • Clean and wash thoroughly
  • In a deep vessel, heat the ghee
  • Add the red and green chilies
  • Add the mutton pieces and cook on slow fire till the meat is tender
  • Add salt to taste
  • Serve hot with phulkas, parathas or rice
