Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast pieces
  • 1/2 kg - cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp - garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 cup - curd
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 2 - lime
  • 1 pinch - mace powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • red chilli powder as required
  • salt to taste

How to Make Kabab

  • Mix curd and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 spoon of garlic-ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies, 1/4 tsp of gram masala, half the quantity of pepper powder and red chilli powder, according to your taste and about 1 tsp of salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Flatten the chicken breasts by placing on a flat surface and pounding with a rolling pin.
  • Coat it with the ingredients mixed above.
  • Then place in the fridge for about three hours.
  • Cut the marinated chicken pieces into half.
  • Cut thick slice of cheese into 8 numbers.
  • Coat with garam masala and salt.
  • Place each slice of cheese in one half of the marinated chicken and fold.
  • Press the folds tightly from the corners.
  • Bake in an oven for 10 minutes per side on medium heat.
  • Enjoy with green chutney and salads.
