Ingredients

  • 1 kg - minced meat
  • 2 - medium onions, cut into large pieces
  • 1/4 cup - oil
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - garlic ginger paste
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - red chilli
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - ajinomoto (chinese salt)
  • Soya sauce and vinegar to taste
  • For filling:
  • 5 - boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bowl - coriander leaves
  • 1 bowl - mint leaves
  • 2 /3 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • For frying:
  • 2 bowl - gram flour
  • 2 or 3 eggs

How to Make Kababs

  • Cook onions in oil until light brown.
  • Add yogurt, garlic, ginger paste, salt, red chilli, garam masala, chinese salt, soya sauce, vinegar and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then add the raw minced meat in it and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water to it.
  • Cook until its done.
  • Blend in a food processor.
  • For the filling:
  • Mix together eggs, coriander, mint, green chilli and chat masala in one bowl.
  • For filling kebab:
  • Take some amount of minced meat mixture and flatten in the palm, place 1 tsp of eggs mixture on it and wrap minced meat mixture around the egg filling.
  • For frying:
  • Add 2 bowls of gram flour in 2 or 3 eggs and mix them.
  • Dip kebab in this mixture and fry in hot oil and medium heat until golden brown.
