Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled chick peas
  • 1/2 cup - chopped pineapple
  • 3 tbsp - chopped raw mango
  • 2 tbsp - boiled corn niblets
  • 1/2 cup - chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup - tofu or cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup - pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp - diced capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup - fried potato cubes (optional)
  • Dressing:
  • 10 - mint leaves
  • 3 tsp - olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp - honey
  • 2.5 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black salt
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Kabuli Channa Chat

  • Chop and crush mint leaves and take in a bowl then add all the ingredients of dressing and mix well.
  • Add all the fruits and vegetables in a big bowl.
  • Mix in the dressing and chilli for 1/2 hour; then serve.
  • You can add some namkin sev or bhujia on top and have this as a chat or snack.
