Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Grated coconut
  • 1 - Tomato (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • tamarind - lemon sized ball
  • 6 - Red or green chillies
  • Vegetables - cucumber or capsicum or spinach
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Kadagu Puli

  • Bake the vegetables and tomato.
  • Grind all the above ingredients except tomato to a fine paste.
  • Mix with vegetables.
  • Boil nicely and set aside.
  • Serve hot.
