Ingredients

  • 1 each - green, red and orange capsicums
  • 1 - large potato
  • 5 - 6 - cauliflower florets
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - tawa baji masala
  • 1 pinch - sugar
  • Onion rings
  • Spring onion leaves

How to Make Kadai Baji

  • In a kadai, saute the onions by adding 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  • Add chopped capsicum (all 3 colors)
  • Cook potato, cauliflower and carrot separately and once the capsicum is done, add the vegetables.
  • Add salt.
  • Finally add the tawa bajji masala and 1 pinch of sugar and mix well.
  • The kadai bajji is ready.
  • Can garnish with onion ring and finely cut spring onion leaves.
