Ingredients

  • 180 g - chicken tikka
  • 100 g - onion
  • 10 g - ginger garlic paste
  • 20 g - yellow bell peppers
  • 20 g - red bell peppers
  • 5 g - coriander seeds
  • 5 g - cumin seeds
  • 2 g - methi seeds
  • 5 g - black pepper corns
  • 30 g - tomatoes
  • 5 g - kasoori methi powder
  • 3 g - red chilli powder
  • 2 g - turmeric powder

How to Make Kadai murgh

  • Cut chicken juliennes into strips.
  • Cut onion and capsicums in to strips.
  • Saute ginger and garlic in oil, add onion and toss it with turmeric and red chilli powder.
  • Add bell peppers and saute it.
  • Put tomatoes and add chicken strips.
  • Toss them nicely and ensure pieces don`t break.
  • Add the spices (pounded) and sprinkle some kasoori methi powder over this.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
