  • Red chilli - 6 or7
  • Salt -to taste
  • For seasoning:
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Urad dal - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves - (little)
  • Hing -1/4 tsp
  • Oil -3 tsp

How to Make Kadamba Chutney

  • Pour oil into a frying pan, when oil becomes hot put seasoning, salt and red chillies.
  • Let it fry for few minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind it in the blender.
  • It goes well with idli, dosa, even rice and chappati.
