  • 300 g - cashewnuts, powdered
  • 300 g - khoya
  • 100 g - maida (all purpose flour)
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped fried figs (anjeer)
  • 1.5 cup - milk
  • Silver foil for decorating

How to Make Kaju and anjeer ki burfee

  • Blend all the ingredients, except the anjeer, to a smooth paste.
  • Pour the mixture into a thick bottom kadai.
  • Add the chopped anjeer.
  • Cook (stirring continuously) until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the kadai and forms a ball.
  • Put the mixture on a flat surface and roll out thinly (1/4 cm thickness).
  • Cool the mixture and cut into diamond shapes.
  • Decorate with silver foil.
