Ingredients

  • 2-3 - carrots big, orange and juicy
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1.5 cup - milk
  • Some elaichi powder
  • Kaju for garnishing

How to Make Kaju Carrot Kheer

  • Wash and peel the skin of the carrots.
  • Cut it into small pieces and boil them till they becomes soft.
  • Grind these pieces with milk and 2 tsp water after draining the excess water. Then add sugar.
  • Once it acquires a smooth consistency, add the elachi powder and grind once again for a minute.
  • Cool for an hour in the fridge and add the kaju pieces just before serving.
