How to Make Kaju Katli

  • Boil milk and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan and boil.
  • Add powdered nuts and stir till the cashew forms into a mass.
  • Add saffron and cardamom and mix well.
  • Remove to a greased plate and flatten it and cut into diamond shapes.
