Ingredients

  • 3 cups - whole-wheat flour (atta) sieved
  • 3 bananas
  • 3/4 cup - milk
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • Ghee for frying

How to Make Kele ki puri

  • Knead a firm dough with all the ingredients except ghee.
  • Make small balls and roll out each to 8 cm discs.
  • Deep fry in hot ghee till puffed and golden.
  • Boiled, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes can be used instead of bananas.
