Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Fish
  • 1 - Coconut
  • 12 - Red chilli
  • 7 leaves - Curry leaves
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • 1/ inch - ginger
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 50 g - tamarind
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Kerala Hot Fish Curry

  • Clean the fish well.
  • Grind coconut and red chillies.
  • Take 3 tbsp oil and fry mustard and curry leaves, chopped garlic and ginger.
  • Then mix coconut paste after 7 minutes.
  • Put cleaned fish and tamarind paste after 5 minutes.
  • Now fish is ready to be served.
