Ingredients

  • 1 basic ice cream
  • ½ cup - cream
  • ½ tsp - lemon yellow color
  • ½ tsp - kesar essence
  • few strands saffron (soaked in ½ tbsp - milk)
  • 2 tbsp - chopped pistachios

How to Make Kesar Pista Ice Cream

  • Take basic ice-cream, cut it into pieces.
  • Add cream, colour, essence and saffron.
  • Churn it gently with a hand blender till it is soft and fluffy.
  • Add the chopped pistachios and mix well.
  • Pour the contents into the container, cover with a cling film and close the lid.
  • Put to set in the freezer.
