Ingredients

  • 500 g - dates
  • 1 cup- milk
  • 500 g - sugar
  • 8-10 - almonds
  • 5 tsp - ghee

How to Make Khajoor ka Halwa

  • Remove seeds from dates
  • Add milk and cook the dates till soft. Add sugar and ghee
  • Stir continuously for 20-25 minutes
  • Once the mixture thickens, add pieces of almond, pour into a greased plate
  • After half an hour cut into pieces
