  • 2 cups - Maida (White flour)
  • 1/2 cup - Besan (Gram flour)
  • 1 cup - Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Suji (Semolina)

How to Make Khatai

  • Mix maida, besan and suji in a bowl.
  • Add the powered sugar and mix well.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and pour this oil in the mixing bowl.
  • Mix it together to make smooth dough.
  • Make small balls and bake in the oven at 150 - 200 degrees C for 20 mins.
