Ingredients

  • 250 g - Kheema
  • 2 - Onions, small
  • 1 - Tomato, medium sized
  • 1 tbsp - Fresh green peas
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Kheema Fry

  • Put oil in a kadai or a frying pan.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped onions in hot oil.
  • Saute onions till light brown.
  • Add finely chopped tomato.
  • Saute till cooked properly.
  • Add chilli powder and Garam Masala.
  • Stir well and add kheema to it.
  • Stir mixture till oil leaves the sides.
  • Add some water to cook the Kheema.
  • After it is properly cooked, add salt and green peas.
  • Stir well and serve with hot parathas or rotis.
