  • 2 cups - wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - amchoor powder
  • 3-4 pinches asafetida
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 3 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Khichdi Kakhras

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and fry onions , slowly add ginger chopped, garlic sliced and coriander leaves chopped one by one.
