Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Rice, boiled
  • 100 gms - Rice, raw
  • 600 gms - Jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp- Cardamom powder
  • 2 - Coconuts, juice, fresh
  • 10-15 - Almonds

How to Make Khir with Coconut Milk

  • Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
  • Then grind it into a paste and mix it with the coconut juice of the fresh coconuts to make a batter.
  • Now combine the batter with the jaggery and grind it again.
  • Then boil this mix until everything is cooked into a thin consistency.
  • Garnish with grated almonds.
