Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - pork
  • 3 - onions (chopped)
  • 2 - potatoes
  • 3 tbsp - bamboo shoots
  • 2 - whole garlic (in paste form)
  • a few green chillies
  • 2 tsp - mustard oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Khorisar logot Gahori

  • Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Add 1 onion and fry.
  • Add the pork, potatoes and salt and mix.
  • Add 2 cups of water.
  • When the water starts to boil, add the remaining chopped onions, garlic paste, green chillies and bamboo shoots.
  • Cover and cook (3 whistles). Serve with rice.
