Ingredients

  • 12 breasts - chicken
  • 1 cup - yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 200 gms - onion
  • 2 capsicum (medium size)
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1.5 tsp - black cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - almond paste
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp - white butter
  • 1 tsp - saffron
  • 1 tbsp - milk
  • 10 mint leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Khuroosh-E-Tursh

  • Stir in the thin[3rd]coconut milk and salt and cook on low flame.
