  • 2 - spring onions, ends trimmed
  • 4 tbsp - peas
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 100 g - red pumpkin, grated
  • 2 - carrots, grated
  • 100 g - cheese cubes
  • 4 - eggs

How to Make Kid-friendly Cheese Frittata

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 C.
  • Chop the spring onions and put them in a bowl.
  • Add the peas to the bowl.
  • Grate the red pumpkin and add it to the bowl.
  • Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl.
  • Crumble cheese cubes with hands and add to the bowl.
  • Whisk eggs separately and add to the bowl.
  • Add salt and pepper powder, and mix everything well.
  • Coat a round oven-proof dish with oil. Pour out the ingredients into the dish.
  • Place the dish in the oven for 30 mins or until the egg is set.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
