  • 150 ml. orange juice (Or juice of 2 limes)
  • 4 tbsp. red grape juice
  • 6 kiwi fruits
  • 1 tbsp. chopped pistachios
  • To serve:
  • 150 ml. whipped cream
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

How to Make Kiwi Fruit Salad

  • Mix the orange juice, lime juice and red grape juice together
  • Peel the kiwi fruits and cut into very thin slices
  • Place the slices in a very shallow serving dish and spoon the fruit mixture over the top. Cover with cling film and chill overnight
  • When ready to serve, whip the cream with ginger until it is thick and can stand up in small peaks
  • Sprinkle pistachios over the kiwi fruit mix and serve immediately with the whipped ginger cream
