Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Urad Dhal
  • 1/4 cup - Channa Dhal
  • 1/4 cup - Horse gram (Kollu)
  • 8 Curry Leaf (washed and dried)
  • 1/2 tbsp - Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp - White(washed) Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Asafetida
  • 10 Red Chilli or adjust to your taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Kollu Idly Podi

  • Dry roast all the ingredients separately. (Take care while dry roasting. Do it in medium flame)
  • Transfer to a small mixer container.
  • Add salt to the contents.
  • Coarsely powder the contents.
  • Serve with Idly and Dosa.
