Ingredients

  • 1 - carrot grated
  • 1 - tomato finely chopped
  • 1 - cucumber grated
  • 2 cups - tied curds
  • 2 - green chillies slit
  • 2 tbsp - peanut crush
  • 2 tsp - ground sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - fresh beaten cream
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Kosambari

  • Beat curd till it is smooth and thick.
  • Squeeze out water from cucumber.
  • Heat oil, add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
  • Add to curd.
  • Add all other ingredients, mix well.
  • Chill for an hour before serving
  • Serve chilled with parathas.
