  • 500 g - boneless chicken
  • 20 - dry chillies
  • 300 g - small onions
  • Oil - for frying onions

How to Make Kozhi Chinthamani

  • In a cast-iron casserole, heat oil.
  • Add the onion and saute for about 7 minutes.
  • Add finely chopped, deseeded red chillies and fry till the oil turns red.
  • Add chicken, mix well.
  • Then cover and cook till the chicken is cooked well.
  • Stir occasionally.
