Ingredients

  • For Filling:
  • 100 g - mixed farsan (sev, ghatiya, paapdi, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp - desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp - roasted khuskhus
  • 1 tbsp - roasted sesame seeds
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - aamchur powder
  • For the Dough:
  • 250 g - maida
  • oil for frying

How to Make Kurkure Samosa

  • Mix all the ingredients for filling in a bowl.
  • Add a tsp of oil and a pinch of salt to the maida and knead into a dough.
  • Make small balls, roll out into pooris.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling in the middle, close it in the shape of a samosa and deep fry.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
