Ingredients

  • 1 cup - kuttu atta
  • Rock salt to taste
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 3 - medium-sized potatoes, sliced into rounds
  • oil for frying

How to Make Kuttu Atta Ke Pakore with Aloo

  • In a bowl, add the kuttu atta, dry spices, green chillies and a little water. Make a paste (neither too thin nor too thick).
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Dip a slice of potato into the batter and deep-fry on both the sides.
  • Repeat the process for all the potato slices.
  • Drain out the pakoras when crispy.
